i'm a career software sales professional and I've read countless sales instructionals along the way. Many, if not most of them are pretty dull reads. Not this one. I knocked The Forecast Fatale out in a few short hours and found it to be an entertaining and informative book for entry level sales professionals and experienced sales leaders alike. Whether you're looking for simple tips to engage your prospects, or practical strategies to make forecasting across your organization accurate and predictable, this is the book for you.
I am not a sales professional nor do I understand an over abundance of executive jargon, but I do know that this book is worth the read. The Forecast Fatale is a simple text book with a story-line reaching out to ANY sales professional with a fresh new approach that is innovative, well-written and extremely entertaining. A must read -- If you do not learn new perspectives, you will surely enjoy Brian's refreshing and experienced viewpoints.
What a waste of time! I wish I could charge the author for the hours wasted reading his pointless book. Save a few hours of your life by avoiding this book.
Finally a book devoted to sales that is not only informative but entertaining!!! The author drives home sound advice while keeping you engaged and interested in what is going to happen next in the Forecast Fatale.
